Applications are accepted and reviewed every month on a first-come, first-serve basis. The City may limit the number of applications accepted during a single month. Approvals generally take two months. Please plan accordingly. Installation may not occur until permits are issued and in hand. The application review meetings are open to the public:
- Public Art Advisory Panel – First Wednesday of the month, 3:30-5:00 p.m. (applicants may be asked to be at this meeting and available for questions.)
- The Minneapolis Arts Commission – Third Wednesday of the month, 5:30-7:00 p.m.
