Basic inspection information

• Inspections are required by state law on all permits obtained.
• The City of Minneapolis has Construction Code Services inspectors that cover all building, plumbing and mechanical work.
• Inspectors are assigned based on property location.
• The assigned inspector’s contact information will be provided when you receive your permit.
