You can also ask questions about enrollment or review your deferred compensation plan. New dates and times are added periodically.

Wellness points program

The My Health Rewards by Medica program is powered by Personify Health, a pioneer in digital health and wellness solutions. Beginning in mid-January, visit the wellness page for ways to earn points for 2025. The deadline to earn 3000 points for a lower premium contribution on your 2026 medical plan will be August 31, 2025.
