Synopsis |
The City of Minneapolis and the Human Resources Department are dedicated to the development and retention of employees. The Exit Interview can play an important part in gathering information to understand why employees choose to leave the organization. It is important to capture information about our work environment and the factors that may lead to an employee’s choice to leave the City. Exit Interviews will help the City create benchmarks against industry norms. Comments and feedback from Exit Interviews can be used to improve employee retention and reduce turnover. For information on how to schedule or conduct an exit interview, please contact a member of your Human Resources Generalist Team. |
