Project Description:
Total street reconstruction including pavement, curb, gutter, driveways, storm drain and sidewalks. When 4th St SE is reconstructed, it will be 2-way traffic with on-street bike lanes and designated parking bays.

Project location:
This project is located on 4th Street Southeast between 25th Avenue Southeast and Malcolm Avenue Southeast. The intersection of 4th St SE and 29th SE will not be reconstructed as part of this project.

Construction start date:
This project is scheduled for 2017.

Duration of construction:
This project is planned to be substantially complete by the end of the 2017 construction season.

Traffic impact for 2016:
4th St SE will be closed to thru traffic. Local access will be maintained.
