2022 Community Wellbeing Request for Proposals (RFP)

The goal of the RFP is to:
  • Identify qualified individuals or organizations.
  • Developing ongoing support for communities.

The focus of the RFP is to:

  • Change policies at the local, organizational or institutional level.
  • Develop systems or environments to improve community wellbeing.

Proposed focus areas

Applicants should focus on one or more of the following ways to address wellbeing: 

  • Increasing social connectedness   
  • Reducing social isolation  
  • Increasing cultural connection(s)   
  • Addressing trauma, and/or   
  • Promoting community resilience and healing 

Funding

  • Applicants can apply for awards from $5,000 to $25,000 
  • A total of $250,000 worth of awards will be funded 
  • Applicants may apply for more than 1 focus area, but must submit a separate application for each award
  • More than one individual or organization may partner to submit an application. A lead individual or organization must be identified on the application.
