Great Streets is one tool for assisting neighborhood business districts with continued health and improved vitality. 

We work with:

• Community development corporations
• Business associations
• Neighborhood organizations
• Cultural organizations
• Other nonprofit entities

Eligible areas

Great Streets eligible areas are grouped into two categories.

• Eligible
• Priority Eligible

Priority eligible parcels lie within one of four designated areas.

• Green Zones
• Areas of Concentrated Poverty where 50% or more of residents are people of color (ACP50)
• Promise Zone
• Cultural Districts
