The City provides standards for making electronic plans (also called Computer-Aided Design, or CADD) for both internal users and consultants doing business with the City of Minneapolis.
Use these files to create CADD documents that follow the City of Minneapolis Public Works standards for engineering plans.
Project data can be shared easily between areas (bridge, sewer, street, traffic, and water) throughout the project design process. We provide these standards so that:
CADD standards files are in MicroStation V8i (SELECT series 2) 08.11.07.443 and InRoads Group V8i (SELECT series 2) 08.11.07.566 file formats.
