Project updates

Phase III is almost complete! In 2024-2025, the New Nicollet Redevelopment project team collected input from community members. We asked what is most important to include in development at the New Nicollet site. The top results are prioritized in the draft Development Framework.

After approval of the Framework, we’ll start to implement the vision for the site. Stay tuned for more updates.
