New Nicollet Layout Plan

The Public Works Department is contracting with Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. (SEH) to develop the New Nicollet Layout Plan, including:

• A conceptual layout and design, and
• Engineering plans

The plan will be for the new Nicollet Ave. between Lake St. and Cecil Newman Lane, including a new bridge over the Midtown Greenway.

Public Space Framework

CPED is contracting with TEN x TEN, a local landscape design studio, to:

• Complete a public space framework
• Engage the community in the process of generating ideas for public space on the development site

TEN x TEN has a contract with Whittier Alliance to conduct community engagement. 

We'll continue to work with our Phase I partners.
