Blueprint for Equitable Engagement

Information about the City's five-year plan for equitable engagement in Minneapolis.

About the blueprint

The City of Minneapolis Blueprint for Equitable Engagement is a five-year plan for an innovative and equitable community engagement system. The Neighborhood and Community Relations Department (NCR) uses this plan to achieve our department’s mission of “engaging communities for a better Minneapolis,” and the City’s One Minneapolis goal: “Disparities are eliminated so all Minneapolis residents can participate and prosper”.

The City and community must work together to create a city with opportunities for everyone and meets our City's goals, mission and vision.
