We manage City grants

The Office of Grants and Special Projects is a workgroup within the Controller division of Finance and Property Services. It provides leadership and direction to the City and its departments in the areas of grant seeking and management.

Annual plans

Our office creates a yearly Consolidated Plan and a Consolidated Annual Performance Report (CAPER) to explain how the City spends federal housing and community development funds.
