These policies and procedures were developed by the Minneapolis Arts Commission’s Public Art Advisory Panel which includes representatives from a variety of City departments, prospective partners, artists and other constituents. In making policy recommendations, this committee reviewed related City policies and policies from other cities and sources. The Arts Commission also held a number of public meetings on related topics to gather public input.
