SAC deferral documents

You can download a sewer availability charge (SAC) deferral program fact sheet and application.

You can apply if your business has an SAC determination of 25 or fewer SAC units, before credits.

Participating businesses can defer up to 70% of SAC due.

The one-page fact sheet includes the deferral structure and a sample fee schedule.
The two-page application requires a notarized signature.
