Assessment information

Property owners in the segment of Penn Avenue North scheduled for reconstruction (West Broadway Avenue to Lowry Avenue North) will be assessed for that portion of the project. For more information see the 2017 Assessment Info Packet . This packet provides general information about uniform assessment rates and how the City of Minneapolis calculates influence areas for reconstruction projects. Public Works will not have project assessment information about individual parcels until late 2017.

The C Line BRT improvements are funded by Metro Transit. There will be no assessments for those improvements.
