Emotional Wellbeing Solutions (EWS) is offered through Optum and is available to all City of Minneapolis employees.  It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and services are available by phone, online, or through in-person appointments.

Onsite dedicated workplace support consultant

City employees have access to onsite support with Peg Ryan, LPCC, our Dedicated Workplace Support Consultant, available to City employees 10 hours per week.  These services are free and available in person, by video conference or telephone. 
 
Peg has over 30 years of employee assistance and behavioral health experience. She has supported employees at all levels within an organization. Her services help to support employees and educate, and strengthen family, marital, personal and organizational relationships.

Peg is available for City employees on Tuesdays between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. and Thursdays 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Appointments can be in person, by video conference or the phone.
