Project location: 4th Street South, from the east side of Park Avenue to underneath the 11th Street bridge (along the north side of US Bank Stadium)
Construction dates: Week of September 25, 2017 Curb and gutter work will be done in the first week. Plans are to mill and overlay the street on October 16 and 17, 2017. Back up date is October 18, 2017. October 18, 2017 Update: Project is complete.
Project location: 7th Street South, from 11th Avenue South to 13th Avenue South; and 13th Avenue South, from 5th Street South to 8th Street South
Construction start date: Curb and gutter work starts May 8. Milling and Paving work on 13th Avenue South starts May 16. 7th Street South will be resurfaced June 3rd and 4th.
Duration of construction: Concrete replacement under traffic will take 2 weeks. Asphalt mill and overlay work will take 2 days during which the westbound ramp from Hiawatha Avenue will be closed.

Project updates
May 15, 2017 update: Milling and Paving on 13th Avenue South will take place on May 16 and 17. 7th Street South will be resurfaced June 3rd and 4th.
May 5, 2017 update: Miscellaneous curb and gutter replacement will start next week. The mill and overlay work will take place May 16-17.
Project location: 8th Street Southeast, from Central Avenue Northeast to 15th Avenue Southeast
Construction start date: August 1, 2017
Project timeline: Milling will start on Tuesday, August 1, and Asphalt Paving will start on Wednesday, August 2. Asphalt Paving will be completed approximately Friday, August 8, weather and other uncontrollable factors permitting. The project will be resurfaced from east to west.
Paving scheduled to be completed by Thursday, August 10, 2017 barring rain delay or other unforeseen circumstances.

August 11, 2017: The project is complete.
August 4, 2017: Milling and paving of 8th Street is in progress and should be completed by the end of next week, on August 11, 2017.
Construction start date: Concrete replacement work will start in mid-May with asphalt mill and overlay work following starting June 1.
Duration of construction: The project will take approximately 4 weeks to complete. During that time a particular street will be closed for 2 days for asphalt removal and replacement in front of a home or business.
