You can apply for fire operational, special event, and fireworks sales permits online using ProjectDox. ProjectDox is an interactive software system and web portal for submitting permits and plans directly on our website.

What this means for you

You need to create a ProjectDox account. If you’re currently a ProjectDox user, simply continue using and submitting applications with your current account.

You can create your account or access the portal using your current credentials. Upload applications, attachments, photos, and plans directly into ProjectDox. We'll notify you by email at each step during the process and let you know if we need more information or when we have approved the permit. You can log in and check the permit status at any time.

You can continue to call, email or text staff you've been in contact with for help and coordination.
