K-12 food safety training request
Fill out our form if you would like a health inspector to give a food safety training to your students.
Before you begin
When you submit a request, a health inspector will contact you within three business days. The request form asks for information including your school name, location and grade.
The health inspector will work with you to create an age-appropriate lesson plan.
