About the project

This bikeway project added trees and native plants into the medians and provided enhancements for bike connections between several neighborhoods in South Minneapolis and downtown. These medians reduce impervious cover, add to the tree canopy and native plants, and increase the amount of green space in the city. Learn more at: Whittier/Lyndale Bikeway
