Deadline

The deadline to apply was Jan. 19, 2025. You can join the wait list to be notified if we have last minute cancellations.

Location

The exhibit hall will be in Hall E in the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Schedule

Exhibit hall set-up will be on Feb. 7.

Check-in will be at 8-9 a.m. on Feb. 8.

The conference will end by 4 p.m.

Process

  • Submit the application form.
  • Wait to be approved and assigned a booth.
  • We sent first round approvals in December.
  • We will send the second round in January.
  • We will send booth numbers and next steps soon after.

We give priority to nonprofits and government groups that line up with our event theme. We also give space to conference partners.

What's included in an exhibit space

  • A 10-foot by 10-foot floor space
  • A table and two chairs
  • A table skirt
  • Lunch
  • Listing in the conference's online program

Include any special requests you have on your exhibitor registration form.

What's not included in an exhibit space

  • Electricity
  • Wi-fi for non City of Minneapolis employee devices
  • We do not provide bottled water. Instead, exhibitors are encouraged to bring reusable water bottles.
