Planning

We help residents and property owners invest in the city. We manage, review and enforce land use, zoning, preservation and environmental review applications.

What we do

We help our city by:
  • Creating quality neighborhoods. We analyze and give professional recommendations on zoning and preservation applications.
  • Implementing adopted policy.
  • Helping homeowners, contractors, developers, business owners and architects develop designs and execute approved plans.
  • Preparing data to aid in planning activities.
