Unified Housing Policy
Overview
We are seeking public feedback on changes to Inclusionary Zoning in the Unified Housing Policy. The proposed changes are specific to Inclusionary Zoning and include adding additional compliance options and extending the exemption for smaller housing projects. Inclusionary Zoning is intended to advance the City’s housing goals by ensuring that affordable housing is provided in new residential or mixed-use developments.
