General information

This packet is for buildings and uses that:

• Are subject to site plan review, and
• Do not include any other land use application requiring a public hearing

Buildings and uses

• New nonresidential or mixed-use buildings containing less than 20,000 square feet of gross floor area
• An addition to a nonresidential or mixed-use building that would increase its gross floor area by between 2,500 and 19,999 square feet of gross floor area
• Any building or use containing between 4 and 19 new or additional dwelling or rooming units
• Any number of new or additional dwelling units or rooming units when established within an existing building’s floor area originally constructed for or historically used primarily for nonresidential uses
