Register your condo

In 2023, there’s no fee for the registration. Condominium buildings in Minneapolis must be registered with the City, either by the owners or their management company.

This includes:

• cooperatives and owner-occupied townhouses

This does not include:

• Leasehold cooperatives

 Complete the condo building registration

Annual renewal

You will need to renew your condo registration every year.
