The City of Minneapolis (City) and the Hennepin County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HCHRA) on behalf of Hennepin County (County) are seeking development proposals for vacant, City- and County-owned property the intersection of Lowry Avenue and Penn Avenue N.
Applications will be submitted through SharePoint. You must submit a request to have a SharePoint folder created for your project or projects.
Proposals are due by 4 p.m. on January 31, 2025 via the project SharePoint folder. Access to the folder will be removed promptly at 4 p.m.
