Overview

We are looking for proposals from experienced non-profit organizations to:

• Lease the Cowles Center for Dance & the Performing Arts in downtown Minneapolis
• Manage the daily operations of the center
• Operate the facility
• Create and run programs for the center

Information sessions

All applicants must attend an information session and site visit at The Cowles Center on Nov. 13. City staff will record questions from attendees; questions and answers will be shared on the City website.

There will be two information sessions:

• 10 a.m.-noon
• 1-3 p.m.

Deadline

Proposals are due by 4 p.m. CDT on Thursday, Jan. 30, 2025.
