We hold virtual meetings on Microsoft Teams to:
- Review preliminary plans for your commercial construction project
- Answer your questions about building code requirements
- Provide feedback
A preliminary review ensures that your project is on the right track before you proceed with:
- Final plan development
- Permit submittal
There is a $75 meeting fee. You will be asked to pay the fee when you schedule the meeting.

We hold all meetings virtually on Microsoft Teams. Contact us to set up a meeting at least three days before you want to meet.
When we can meet with you
- We hold all preliminary commercial plan review meetings on weekday mornings.
- We do not schedule meetings on Thursdays.
- All meetings are one hour long and begin at either 8:30 or 9:30 a.m.

- Collect payment for the $75 preliminary meeting fee
How to prepare for your meeting
- Make sure your architect/designer is available to meet with us.
- Be ready to share:
- Your preliminary plan
- The code analysis prepared by a licensed architect
