Revisions to approved plans

Use this form when you have revisions to the approved plans.

Before your permit was approved, your plans were reviewed to verify compliance with applicable codes and other requirements.
If you want or need to make changes during construction and inspections, those changes must be reviewed and approved.

Complete this form to describe the changes.
Upload the form in ProjectDox when you submit the revised plans.
Revisions have the same review time as original submittals. Factor this time frame into your project.
Do not schedule your next inspection if the project has a revision in review. Approved revised plans must be on site for the inspector’s review at the next inspection.
