Gas station

The City requires licenses for the sale of gasoline or other fuels to the public.

Definition

A gasoline filling station sells gas or other fuels to the public.

Your license fee is based on the number of fuel hoses you have at each pump.

If you have a car wash, you do not need a car wash license.

If you are checking fluid levels, replacing filters, or providing minor services, you do not need a repair garage license.

A license is not required where tanks or pumps are for private use only.
