New Nicollet development proposal feedback survey
Take our survey to share your thoughts on the Phase 1 development proposals for the New Nicollet site. Our survey is available in English, Somali and Spanish.
What to know
Read the proposal summaries below to learn about the two different development proposals. The proposals focus on the southeast corner of the site. Then take the survey to share your thoughts about each proposal. The survey will take five to ten minutes to complete.
Your feedback will help staff recommend one of the proposals to the City Council and mayor in late March or early April. This timing is important so the project can apply for affordable housing funds this year.
This survey closes at 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 5.
