Customer conduct

Customers at adult entertainment establishments must:

  • Remain fully clothed at all times
  • Abide by all laws prohibiting indecent conduct
  • Act respectfully towards entertainers and staff

Customers at adult entertainment establishments may not:

  • Use derogatory or harassing language
  • Go to dressing rooms or other nonpublic areas of the establishment

The premises are subject to video surveillance.

If you plan to serve food, you must submit a food plan review.

Two types

Choose the application that fits your business type:

Entertainment with no alcohol

Complete a Place of Entertainment Application

This type of business:

  • Offers entertainment to the public
  • Does not serve alcoholic beverages

Adult entertainment with alcohol

Complete an On-Sale Liquor Application

This type of business:

  • Offers adult entertainment
  • Sells liquor, wine or beer for drinking at the adult entertainment business
