Parking lots

Places that charge for parking must be licensed by the City.

Definition

A parking lot is any open air place with 10 or more parking spaces.

Class A parking lot: A commercial lot that charges customers by the hour, day, week, month or for special events

Class B parking lot: A commercial lot that charges customers a monthly fee.  No other type of fee can be charged.

Class C parking lot temporary events: A commercial lot, near the Huntington Bank stadium, that charges customers a fee for event parking.

Free parking lot:  A lot that does not charge a fee.  May be used by employees, club members, patients, etc.  No license is required.
