We are now accepting applications for the 2026 Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) program. This program helps pay for building, preserving, or improving affordable rental housing in Minneapolis.

How to apply

You must submit your application through SharePoint.

To request SharePoint access: 

Email Affordable Housing Trust Fund team

Include in your email:

• The project name
• The project address
• The email addresses of all team members who need access

Once you email us, we will open a project application for you to upload all required AHTF documents.

Deadline

Applications are due by 4 p.m. CDT on July 16, 2026.

After the deadline, we will remove SharePoint access.

We may reject any application.
