Sign in
Any City of Minneapolis employee who has a personal Outlook e-mail account can use Webmail. You can use Webmail from home, the library, a cyber café - anywhere that you have access to a computer and the Internet.
- To sign in, use your City email address for the account. When prompted for your password, enter your City network password and click Sign in.
- Do not check the "Keep me signed in" box to save your password.
- Be sure to click Sign out when you’re done. Then close your browser.
Browser compatibility
Webmail is designed to work with Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and even Safari, though some features may display differently. Some browsers may default to the light version in which some features may be unavailable.

Webmail is provided for City of Minneapolis employees only. Any unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
