MSP TechHire exists to expand the tech workforce in:

• The City of Minneapolis 

We deliver high-quality, accelerated learning programs to quickly skill up job seekers who are new to tech industry.

How we're doing

We launched TechHire in 2015. Thousands of people have graduated from our trainings are now working as tech professional with one of our 500 employer partners.

Outcomes to date

• 1,875 TechHire grads hired
• 500+ Companies hired graduates
• $14.92 per hour average wage gain
• 258 Scholarships awarded to low-income job seekers
  • This is a $2 million dollar investment by the City of Mineapolis
  • Fifty percent of scholarships went BIPOC workers
