Nursing Assistant Plus |

The Medical Call Center program has been designed to give students the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to work in medical call center or clinic front desk positions in a hospital setting. |
Perform medical call center duties using specific knowledge of healthcare system terminology and laboratory procedures. Duties may include scheduling appointments, billing patients, and compiling and recording medical charts, reports, and correspondence.

PPL’s free, 5.5-month Pharmacy Technician training program, in partnership with Dakota County Technical College and Minneapolis College, will build your professionalism skills, and provide you with the knowledge to manage prescriptions and pharmacy inventory. |
Prepare medications under the direction of a pharmacist. May measure, mix, count out, label, and record amounts and dosages of medications according to prescription orders. |
