The Internal Audit department:

  • Helps the City accomplish its goals with oversight from the Audit Committee with a disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of

  • Follow the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing set by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
