What to know

On March 3, 2020, the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission voted to recommend designation of the Glendale Town Houses Historic District. The next steps in the designation process include a discussion of the study before the Business, Inspections, Housing, and Zoning (BIHZ) Committee of the City Council, which has been postponed. Following the decision and recommendation of the BIHZ Committee, the proposed historic district will receive a final vote by the full City Council.
