Purchase and stabilization of city-owned rental property

We are seeking qualified applicants for the purchase and stabilization of City-owned rental property.

Request for qualifications

In 2018, we obtained ten rental homes to help people who lost their homes because their landlord's rental license was taken away. This plan was allowed from 2018 to 2023. Now, in 2024, we want to sell these homes to a new owner who will rent them responsibly.

Information session

We will hold a question and answer session on Thursday, February 22 at 10 a.m.
