About Ward 3

Ward 3 has 10 distinct neighborhoods in Downtown and Northeast Minneapolis, including some of the City's oldest in Marcy-Holmes, Nicollet Island, and St. Anthony, as well as some of the newest in the Mill District and the North Loop.
