Pedestrian Master Plan
The Minneapolis Pedestrian Master Plan is one of six components of Access Minneapolis, the City’s transportation action plan to implement the transportation policies articulated in The Minneapolis Plan for Sustainable Growth, the City’s long-range comprehensive plan.
Final Plan
The final Minneapolis Pedestrian Master Plan was adopted by City Council on 10/16/2009. The plan is available in PDF and HTML formats.

Design Guidelines
In conjunction with the Minneapolis Pedestrian Master Plan, guidelines that illustrate best practices for pedestrian facility design were developed and are published as Chapter 10 of the Access Minneapolis Design Guidelines for Streets and Sidewalks. Chapter 10: Pedestrian Facility Design
