1. Jason McLean (1116 Vincent Ave S):
Appeal filed from the decision of the Board of Adjustment denying variance applications to reduce the required front yard along Vincent Ave S from the setback established by connecting a line between the two adjacent structures of 75 feet to 50 feet to allow for an enclosed walkway, and to reduce the setback to 10 feet to allow for a parking area at the subject property (Ward 7).
