Minneapolis Development Review is located on the third floor of the City of Minneapolis Public Service Center:

Service Center hours

Monday – Wednesday, Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.*

Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.*

*Customers requiring Plan Review, Zoning, Preservation & Design** (HPC) services or Housing/Rental License services must sign in by 3:30 p.m.

Permit counter hours

Monday – Wednesday, Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Free Parking

Free parking (up to 2 hours) is available for Minneapolis Development Review customers in the parking lot located behind the Public Service Center. Enter the second driveway on 3rd Street. Bring your ticket and exchange it for a digital access code to exit the parking lot. 

Unvalidated parking in the Public Service Center lot costs $15.

No validation is available for parking in any other ramps and lots.
