Notice of Public Hearing
All public hearings shall be conducted by telephonic or other electronic means to limit the potential spread of COVID-19, pursuant to Minn. Stat. 13D.021. The public may watch the live broadcast on Comcast (Channels 14 or 799) or CenturyLink (Channels 8001 or 8501) or live stream on City Council TV.
DBA: Brother Justus Whiskey Co.
Purpose: To gather public opinion and solicit comments regarding the application from Brother Justus Whiskey Co. for an On-Sale Liquor Cocktail Room, Limited Entertainment with Sunday Sales and an Off-Sale Distillery license. If approved, they intend to offer distilled spirits that are produced on-site and tours of the facility as part of the patron experience. They also have the ability to host private parties without affecting the portion of the cocktail room that is open to the public. Brother Justus Whiskey Co. can seat 94 patrons in the cocktail room and 56 in their outdoor patio. They will be open 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm, seven days a week both inside and outside.

The applicant does not plan to have live entertainment at this time, but would like to have that option in the future,
