Minneapolis Healthy Start

About Us

Baby in Play GraphicThe Minneapolis Healthy Start program, also known as the Twin Cities Healthy Start (TCHS) was established in 1991 to reduce infant mortality in communities that have high rates of infant deaths.

The Minneapolis Healthy Start program works in partnership with communities to address the medical, behavioral, and cultural needs of high-risk pregnant women in Minneapolis.
