Resolution declaring racism a public health emergency

On Friday, July 17, 2020, the Minneapolis City Council passed a resolution declaring racism a public health emergency in the City of Minneapolis. 

Gretchen Musicant, Minneapolis Commissioner of Health, wrote a statement in support of the resolution declaring racism as a public health emergency.
