The Office of Grants and Special Projects does not make grants. We manage City grants.

The Office of Grants and Special Projects is a work group within the Controller division of Finance and Property Services. It provides leadership and direction to the City and its departments in the areas of grant seeking and management. 

Annual plans

To understand how the City spends federal housing and community development funds, we create a yearly Consolidated Plan and a Consolidated Annual Performance Report (CAPER).

We create draft plans.  We encourage the community to provide feedback.
