Vacant structures owned by the City of Minneapolis are available for purchase for rehabilitation. 

When available, vacant structures are posted here: it is required to attend an open house to submit an offer for a vacant structure.

After offers are submitted, there is typically a 90 day review and approval process by the Residential and Real Estate Development staff and the Minneapolis City Council.
