City of Minneapolis Off-Leash Dog Parks

There are a number of designated off-leash parks available for you and your dog’s enjoyment. A permit is needed to use the parks. If you are a Minneapolis resident your dog must first be licensed with the city in order to obtain an Off-Leash Permit. These permits are issued through the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board, and you can apply for the permit online.
